Job Summary: Creative Colors International - Corporate is seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual for the position of Entry-Level Upholstery Restoration Service Technician. This is a full-time, individual contributor role in the Franchise industry located in Menominee Falls, Wisconsin. This role offers a competitive compensation and benefits package, with a starting base salary of $600 per week plus commission. Compensation & Benefits:

Responsibilities:

• Visit client locations to perform upholstery restoration services
• Follow company standards and procedures to provide high-quality service
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and offer solutions
• Utilize tools and equipment properly and safely
• Manage inventory and orders for necessary supplies and equipment
• Maintain accurate records of services provided and completed tasks

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience in upholstery restoration or a related field preferred
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
• Physically fit and able to perform tasks that may require lifting, bending, and kneeling
• Willingness to work weekends and/or evenings as needed
