Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Construction Surveillance Technician/Escort with an active Top-Secret Clearance for a temporary assignment to oversee and escort authorized personnel within our classified construction sites. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in construction surveillance or a related field and is willing to travel to various construction sites as needed.

Responsibilities :

• Monitor and report unauthorized activities or suspicious behaviors at the construction site.
• Ensure all security protocols are strictly adhered to by all personnel and visitors.
• Conduct regular checks and inspections to detect potential risks.
• Escort authorized personnel within construction sites to ensure safety and security.
• Ensure visitors adhere to all safety and security guidelines during their time on site.
• Compile and submit detailed reports regarding daily activities, incidents, or breaches.
• Coordinate with the security team and site manager for any immediate actions required.
• Operate surveillance equipment, including cameras, alarms, and other security devices.
• Ensure equipment is in optimal working condition; report any malfunctions.
• Coordinate closely with the construction team and security personnel.
• Communicate any potential risks or concerns promptly.
• Willingness to travel to different construction sites as required.
• Coordinate logistics, accommodations, and other travel-related tasks.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must have an active Top-Secret Clearance.
• Previous experience in construction surveillance, security, or a related field.
• Ability to operate surveillance equipment.
• Strong observational skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods.
• Must be able to lift and carry equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work in various weather conditions.
