Job Description

Are you passionate about teaching and excited to help students across Ohio improve their English skills? We're looking for a dedicated ESL (English as a Second Language) Teacher to join our team for the 2024-2025 school year. This part-time, remote role offers the flexibility to work from home while making a meaningful impact on students' language development and academic achievements.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver engaging and effective ESL instruction to students in a virtual classroom.
Create and implement lesson plans tailored to the diverse needs of English language learners.
Assess students' language proficiency and adjust instruction to support their progress.
Track and document students' progress, providing regular and constructive feedback.
Foster communication with students, parents, and fellow educators to support learning goals.
Utilize technology and online resources to enrich the learning experience.
Qualifications:

Valid Ohio teaching certification with an ESL endorsement.
Experience teaching ESL students, preferably in a virtual setting.
Excellent communication, organizational, and technological skills.
Ability to work independently and manage a flexible part-time schedule.
A passion for working with diverse student populations and helping them achieve their language learning goals.
