Job Description We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Event Coordinator to join our team and play a pivotal role in orchestrating a variety of events that leave lasting impressions. In this position, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing events ranging from corporate functions to community gatherings. You will work closely with clients to understand their objectives and vision, while managing logistics such as venue selection, vendor management, budgeting, and coordination of event schedules. Responsibilities

• Plan and execute events from conception to completion while managing deadlines and budgets.
• Work closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored event experiences.
• Coordinate with vendors, sponsors, and partners to ensure smooth event operations.
• Manage logistics including venue selection, catering, audio/visual requirements, and transportation.
• Create event timelines and ensure all parties are informed and aligned on schedules and expectations.
• Develop and manage event marketing strategies to promote events and increase participation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
• Proven experience in event planning or coordination, preferably in a professional setting.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency in project management software and event planning tools.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
