In this role, you will be responsible for managing every aspect of an event from inception to completion, ensuring that each gathering reflects the vision of our clients and exceeds their expectations. This position offers a unique opportunity to showcase your creativity, organizational skills, and problem-solving abilities in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:

• Proven experience as an event coordinator or similar role in the event planning industry.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients, vendors, and team members.
• Familiarity with event management software and tools, such as Cvent or Eventbrite.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required by events.
• Creativity and problem-solving skills to design and implement unique event concepts.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Communications, Marketing, or a related field
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and event management software
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings as needed
