Job Description

Executive Assistant to a Fintech CEO . This is a hybrid role based in New York.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day executive support: calendar management, meetings management, coordinating travel, process expense reports.
• Coordinate internal and external meetings.
• Assisting the Sales and Trading team with client events both onsite and offsite.
• Collaborate with the team to accommodate needs of the team and ensure coverage & back-up, where needed.
• Target base salary: $60,000 - $100,000

Required Skills/Abilities:

• 5+ years of executive support experience, financial services preferred
• Experience managing heavy calendars, booking travel (domestic/international), process expenses.
• Extensive MS Office experience.
• The ability to prioritize work, manage multiple tasks.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• High degree of discretion and confidentiality
• The role requires to be in office 3+ days per week.
