Position Overview:
As a Virtual Executive Assistant/Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing multiple client projects in a fast-paced, remote environment. This is a full-time employee position, offering between 20-40 hours per week.
Responsibilities:
Manage multiple clients in a fast-paced, high-urgency environment.
Handle executive assistant duties such as managing projects, coordinating marketing initiatives, website edits, and social media management.
Ensure high-quality customer experience and flow.
Prepare and share daily and weekly reports with clients.
Accurately track and report time accounting.
Attend and lead client meetings, as well as regular staff and strategy meetings.
Ideal Candidate:
Proactive and driven to exceed expectations.
Comfortable working independently while collaborating effectively with a remote team.
Extensive customer service experience.
Proficient in various systems including Wix, Google Suite, Asana, Wordpress, CRM's, etc.
Strong problem-solving skills with a knack for creating efficient systems and processes.
Resourceful and detail-oriented with excellent grammatical skills.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree.
Minimum 3 years of administrative assistant experience.
Knowledge of Microsoft Suite, CRM's, and project management software.
At least 5 years of executive assistant/project management experience.
Excellent communication skills.
Home office setup including a computer (Mac or PC), high-speed internet, video conferencing capabilities, and a professional workspace.
