Just Ask AVA is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and tech-savvy Executive Virtual Assistant to support our leadership team. If you're detail-oriented, love streamlining operations, and enjoy working independently—this could be the perfect fit.
English fluency required. All communication and your intro video must be in English.
What You’ll Do:
• Manage executive calendars, meetings & travel
• Handle emails, reports & presentation prep
• Organize internal team meetings & take minutes
• Track deadlines, support task follow-ups
• Conduct research & compile decision-making data
• Perform general admin: invoices, file management, CRM updates
What You Bring:
• 2+ years in executive or virtual assistant roles
• Excellent written & verbal communication (in English)
• Strong organizational & time management skills
• Proficiency in Google Workspace, MS Office, Trello/Asana
• Tech-savvy, detail-driven, and proactive
• Ability to manage confidential info with discretion
Bonus Skills:
• Experience supporting CEOs or founders
• Background in project coordination
• Familiarity with CRM tools (like HubSpot / GoHighLevel)
