Job Title: Experienced ADCI Certified Commercial Diver Company: 32 Points Manning Location: South Louisiana Job Type: Full-time Job Description: We are looking to hire divers who are hard charging, know their way around decommissioning. 32 points is seeking an experienced and ADCI certified Commercial Diver to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing underwater projects in a safe and efficient manner, adhering to industry standards and best practices. As a key member of our diving team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of various projects, including inspections, maintenance, repairs, and construction activities in underwater environments. Key Responsibilities: Conducting Diving Operations: Perform underwater inspections, maintenance, repairs, and construction tasks according to project requirements. Follow established safety protocols and industry regulations during all diving operations. Operate and maintain diving equipment, ensuring it is in optimal condition. Safety and Compliance: Adhere to ADCI (Association of Diving Contractors International) standards and regulations. Implement and promote a safety culture, conducting pre-dive safety briefings and debriefings. Ensure compliance with all relevant industry safety standards and protocols. Documentation and Reporting: Complete detailed dive logs and reports for each operation. Record and report any incidents or deviations from standard operating procedures. Maintain accurate records of equipment inspections and maintenance. Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members, both topside and underwater, to achieve project objectives. Communicate effectively with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders. Training and Certification: Stay current with industry developments, advancements, and safety practices. Maintain and update certifications, including ADCI certification and Helicopter Underwater Egress Training (HUET). Qualifications: ADCI Commercial Diver Certification (ADCI Entry Level Tender/Diver, or higher). Minimum of 2 years of experience as a commercial diver. HUET certification. Proven experience in underwater inspections, maintenance, and construction projects. Strong understanding of safety protocols and industry regulations. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
