Krauth Electric Company has recently celebrated over 100 years of service to its industrial customers in the Kentucky-Indiana region. KEC is currently looking to expand its repair group to include an additional Experienced Electric Motor Winder.

Experienced motor mechanic will have minimum of 3 years in the disassembly, repair, and reassembly of electric motor equipment.  Person in this position will have a minimum of 7-10 years experience in the electric motor industry. Qualified winder will have experience with both random and form windings, both low and high voltage. He/she will also be able to redesign the electrical characteristics of motors for greater efficiency. Person will have experience with random/mush wound coils, form wound coils, brake coils, low/medium/high voltage A/C stators and rotors. Either position must be willing to train others in the field and work overtime. Technical degree helpful, but not required. Must have a high school diploma or GED. 

Pay will be commensurate with experience between the range of $20 to $27 per hour. Signing and service bonus is available at 60 days, 6 months and 1 year after successful completion of reviews.  Apply today!
