Job Description

Position is located in Wake Forest, NC Experienced Family Law Paralegal needed for established Wake Forest, NC law practice specializing in family law. The ideal candidate will be proactive in case management and support attorneys in complex family law cases with professionalism and attention to detail. Responsibilities: • Prepare legal documents, including pleadings, motions, discovery, affidavits, and correspondence • Manage case files and maintain confidential client information • Assist attorneys in case preparation and trial support • Communicate with clients, court personnel, and opposing counsel • Maintain detailed and accurate billing records Qualifications: • Minimum 5 years of experience in North Carolina family law, with recent professional references • Proficiency in drafting legal documents, including but not limited to contracts, pleadings, and discovery • Excellent verbal and written skills • Advanced knowledge of North Carolina family law statutes and procedures, Wake and Durham County Local Family Court Rules • Exceptional organizational and communication skills • Proficient with legal software (e.g., Lexis Nexis, case management systems, including Clio and Dropbox) About Company: Eatmon Law Firm, PC is a specialized family law practice rooted in Wake Forest, North Carolina.
