Requirements:

* Licensed Architect in Texas with 8+ years of total experience
* 2+ years' experience as a Project Architect
* Proficient in Revit, Autodesk Construction Cloud, and Bluebeam
* Strong understanding of Project Management basics, including scheduling, budgeting, team coordination, subconsultant coordination, and stakeholder communication
* Demonstrated design sensibility
* Experience in reviewing drawing sets, conducting QAQC reviews, clash detection exercises, and coordinating full drawing sets for construction
* Organized and self-directing, comfortable working with considerable autonomy
* Capable of managing/delegating drafting tasks on projects

Additional qualifications:

* LEED accreditation is a plus (LEED AP BD+C or other certification)
* Experience guiding project(s) through the City of Austin development process is a plus
* Experience on large, complex projects is a plus
* Experience with public clients (city, county, and state agencies) is a plus
* Experience with airport projects is a plus
