Your Role in Our Mission
As an Experienced Project Manager (System Implementations), you will play a key role in ensuring our clients deliver improved health and human services outcomes through technology and innovation. You will collaborate with a passionate team focused on finding innovative solutions to healthcare's biggest challenges.

Key Responsibilities
Project Leadership: Guide one or more large project management teams, breaking down complex technological programs and assisting with staffing.
Project Oversight: Spearhead project planning, tracking, and oversight, providing direction and deadlines to ensure quality and timely completion of tasks.
Communication: Liaise with clients, company leaders, and project teams, sharing project metrics and recommending program changes as necessary.
Planning and Budgeting: Develop project schedules, program definitions, budgets, and objectives to ensure the quality of deliverables throughout all phases.
Risk Management: Proactively manage risks across non-direct reports, escalating issues promptly and implementing mitigation strategies.
Business Development: Contribute to growth by preparing detailed Statements of Work (SOW) and assisting with new proposals.
Qualifications
Experience: 9+ years of managing complex projects, programs, or initiatives through the full project management life cycle, preferably in healthcare.
Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with X12/NCPDP transactions and system implementations.
Project Management Expertise: Proficiency in methodologies such as Catalyst or PMP certification.
Budget Management: Modern understanding of budget development, control, assurance methods, and project management software.
Leadership Skills: Ability to lead, train, guide, and mentor junior colleagues.
Strong Communicator: Excellent presentation skills and the ability to influence stakeholders effectively.
What You Can Expect
Remote Work: This is a fully remote position with no travel required.
Interview Process: Video cameras are required during all interviews and the initial week of orientation.

Compensation
The pay range for this position is $86,800 - $124,000 per year, with variations based on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
