Key Responsibilities:

• Enter data into our databases with accuracy and efficiency
• Generate and analyze data reports to identify trends and insights
• Compile and update vital information within various databases
• Research developments relevant to your work and assist with department operations
• Draft reports, letters, memos, and other correspondence
• Maintain up-to-date client records and documents
• Assist in resolving customer and employee queries

Job Requirements:

• Highly motivated self-starter with excellent typing skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in basic computer functions (word processing, email, internet)
• Experience with web-based data entry and office software (Excel, Word, QuickBooks)
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively
