From interpreting blueprints to executing flawless welds, your role will be integral in creating high-quality, custom products that exceed our client's expectations. Key Responsibilities of a Welding Fabricator:
- Fabricate and assemble metal structures using MIG welding techniques.
- Ensure the highest standards of quality and accuracy in all welding and fabrication tasks.
- Collaborate with our design and engineering teams to bring innovative concepts to life.
- Operate and maintain welding equipment and tools.
- Inspect completed work for conformance to specifications and client satisfaction.
- Uphold safety standards and practices in all welding and fabrication activities.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Welding Fabricator or similar role.
- Proficient in various welding techniques and processes.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Familiarity with industry safety standards and procedures.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS, ASME) are a plus. (Nice to have)
