As Facilities Supervisor, your mission is to lead a high-performing team, reduce operational costs, improve service delivery, and support strategic business outcomes across our Canadian portfolio of over 350,000 square feet. You will report to the Senior Facilities Manager and be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring facilities are safe, functional, and compliant with all relevant standards.
This hands-on role requires strong technical expertise, proactive problem-solving skills, and a passion for continuous improvement. Youll supervise maintenance activities, coordinate with contractors, and uphold best-in-class service levels that support the core business and its people.

It is a requirement that General Dynamics Mission Systems-Canada be registered with the Canadian Controlled Goods program and that all of its workforce be security assessed.
