Job Duties: Drive and load tractors and trucks; Capture mature fish, induce spawn, and collect eggs and sperm; Manage egg incubation processes and monitor water temperature and oxygen levels; Care for newly hatched fish (fry), including feeding and water quality management; Separate fish based on size and health for different rearing stages; Regularly test water parameters like temperature, pH, dissolved oxygen, and ammonia levels; Dispense appropriate feed to fish according to their developmental stage; Observe fish for signs of disease and administer necessary treatments if needed; Clean tanks, ponds, and other hatchery equipment; Track fish populations, growth rates, and other relevant data; Transport and release mature fish into natural waters.
