Gotyu Underwear the fastestgrowing underwear brand in Europe. We are seeking a talented Freelance Fashion Designer with expertise in intimates and swimwear to bring our creative vision to life. From trend forecasting to detailed design execution youll play a pivotal role in crafting products that honor and enhance every womans unique sensual journey.

Tasks

• Flat Sketching: Develop precise and detailed sketches for all product designs.
• Tech Packs: Create comprehensive tech packs to guide production teams with precision.
• Mood & Trend Research: Stay ahead of the curve by identifying and presenting seasonal trends mood boards and innovative concepts.
• Fabric & Trim Sourcing: Research and recommend fabrics trims and other materials that align with design and brand objectives.
• Fit Collaboration: Partner with technical designers to ensure designs align with the intended fit and functionality.
• Color & Linesheet Development: Create and update visually appealing color palettes and linesheets.
• Collaboration Decks: Assemble professional decks to communicate design intent with crossfunctional teams.
• Vendor Communication: Serve as the key liaison between vendors and the design team ensuring clear communication and efficient execution.
• Lab Dip Review: Provide detailed comments on lab dips to refine color quality and consistency.
• Innovation Research: Explore and recommend new techniques finishes and materials to stay at the forefront of fashion design.
• Silhouette & Design Line Exploration: Continuously refine silhouettes and design lines to reflect brand identity and trends.

Requirements

• Expertise in Intimates & Swimwear: A strong background in designing lingerie and swimwear including knowledge of unique needs for Missy and Plus sizing.
• Trend Savvy: A deep understanding of current and upcoming fashion trends with an eye for what resonates in the intimates and swim categories.
• DetailOriented Designer: Obsess over stitches finishings and technical details that elevate the quality and functionality of the product.
• Collaborative Partner: A strong communicator who thrives in a teamoriented environment and excels in vendor coordination.
• Innovator: Someone passionate about researching and implementing fresh ideas whether in fabric technology or new design methods.
