About our Internship Program:

The Summer Internship Program is a unique and challenging 10-week experience for diverse, talented, high-performing individuals interested in different aspects of the financial and technology industry. Contingent upon business needs, performance and completion of degree, our internship serves as a pipeline to our full-time early-career program EDGE.

Your Primary Responsibilities :
  • Project Support: Assist with specific projects related to your field of study or department. This may involve research, data analysis, or drafting documents.
  • Learning and Development: Participate in training sessions, workshops, and meetings to learn about the industry, company, and your specific role.
  • Team Collaboration: Work with team members on various tasks, providing support where needed, and learning from more experienced colleagues.
  • Data Collection and Analysis: Gather and analyze data as required by the department or project. This could include stakeholder feedback, market research, or financial data.
  • Communication: Prepare and present reports, summaries, or presentations on your work. Interns may also be responsible for internal or external communications, such as blogs.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and suggest improvements to existing processes, demonstrating critical thinking and initiative.
  • Shadowing: Spend time observing and learning from experienced employees to gain insights into different roles and responsibilities within the company.
  • Compliance and Ethics: Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards throughout their internship.
  • Feedback and Evaluation: Actively seek and apply feedback from supervisors and peers to improve your skills and performance. These responsibilities can be tailored based on the intern's field of study, department, and the specific goals of the internship program.

Qualifications:
  • Candidates must be working towards a bachelor's degree in the following curriculums: Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field of study
  • Candidates must have authorization to work permanently in the US without the need for sponsorship (now or in the future)
  • Candidates must have minimum of a 3.2 GPA upon graduation
Talents Needed for Success:
  • Must demonstrate superior analytical and communication skills
  • Strong interest in the financial services industry, with previous internship experience a plus
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Strategic thinker with good judgment

The salary range is indicative for roles at the same level within DTCC across all US locations.
