About the Job

The Finance Manager will oversee LS&Co. Intercompany and Treasury accounting functions, which include daily activities, monthly close processes, provide analysis and reporting for business partners, maintain internal controls, and implementation of accounting policies. The role works with organizations across the Company that have similar requirements. This position works with people in multiple locations around the world, which requires the ability to build and maintain good relationships.

  • Provide oversight and review of accounting policies related to treasury and intercompany processes.
  • Review transactions and on-going activities to insure integrity, effectiveness, and internal controls of the accounting processes.
  • Administer and review monthly/quarterly reconciliations and reports.
  • Prepare and review detailed analysis for reporting purposes and as requested by business partners.
  • Support hedge accounting program.
  • Draft and review analysis/journal entries for specialized accounting projects.
  • Collaborate and support team and business partner(s) initiatives.
  • Coordinate and provide support for internal and external auditors.
  • Supervise and train local and outsourced Treasury/Intercompany accounting team.
  • Manage team workload to ensure deadlines and objectives are met.

About You
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Accounting or Finance
  • Minimum requirement - 5+ years of related business experience, demonstrating increasing levels of responsibility. CPA experience is a plus.
    • Strong understanding of accounting principles and GAAP requirements
    • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and adapt to a changing environment.
    • Proven analytical ability and creative problem-solving skills.
    • Proven ability to understand and interpret complex accounting concepts.
    • Strong people management and teambuilding skills
    • Thorough understanding and experience with financial accounting systems
    • Effective communication skills with the ability to influence and facilitate communication between various groups

(("This is a hybrid position based in our Eugene Office. You will be expected in office 3 days per week typically Tuesday-Thursday. Note, time in office can vary depending on business needs."))

The expected starting salary range for this role is ($96,600 to $146,600) per yearWe may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range based on the location of the role. The amount a particular employee will earn within the salary range will be based on factors such as relevant education, qualifications, performance and business needs.
