Job Summary:
The Financial Analyst will be responsible for providing in-depth financial analysis and reporting related to projects and programs. This role requires proficiency in SAP Reporting modules and a strong understanding of financial principles. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in financial analysis, focusing on project and program financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Financial Reporting:
- Develop, prepare, and analyze financial reports related to project and program performance using SAP Reporting modules.
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data and reports.
2. Data Analysis:
- Conduct detailed financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with project managers to provide insights on budget performance and forecasting.
3. Budget Management:
- Assist in the preparation and monitoring of project budgets, ensuring adherence to financial guidelines.
- Support the development of financial models to forecast project outcomes.
4. Stakeholder Communication:
- Prepare presentations and reports for senior management, highlighting key financial metrics and project statuses.
- Act as a liaison between finance, project management, and other departments.
5. Process Improvement:
- Identify and implement process improvements in financial reporting and analysis workflows.
- Stay updated on best practices and new functionalities in SAP Reporting modules.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Financial Analyst, with a focus on project and program financial reporting.
- Proficiency in SAP Reporting modules, including [specific modules if applicable].
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
