Summary

We are seeking a dynamic Professional Quality to serve as a financial analyst in a high-performing financial operations team based in Ohio. 
This role will be required to work (3) 12-hour days, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday from 4 PM -5 AM.
The ideal candidate will be highly skilled in financial operations and compliance, with a proven ability to operate effectively in a demanding yet rewarding environment. 

Your role in our mission

• Analyzes inquiries through use of personal knowledge of the functional subject matter. Augments knowledge with reference materials as needed
• Provides response and takes appropriate action to resolve. May interact directly with original requestor, advise others on how to respond or escalate to a higher level if needed
• Consults with management and/or business organization management to develop/implement appropriate response/resolutions for complex issues
• Monitors customer inquiries for a specific functional area, tracks progress and resolution of escalated inquiries
• Contributes to a shared knowledge database to facilitate response consistency and to document complex issue resolution; to the weekly payment cycle operations, ensuring timely and accurate disbursements. 

What we're looking for

• Six or more years of functional area experience (i.e. financials or claims)
• Experience working with organizational functional and personnel.
• Experience working with computer software and telephone technology.
• Business and analytical problem-solving skills
• Good communications skills

What you should expect in this role

• Ability to work independently, follow oral and written directions
• Ability to understand and apply regulations applying to functional area
• This is a 100% remote position
• Requires weekends and some holidays
• Position is for second/third shift (4PM-5AM)

The pay range for this position is $47,000 - $67,200 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
