Basic Qualifications : Minimum Degree Required :One or more of the following credentials or certifications is required:
CPA License, Level 3 of the CFA, JD, PhD, MBA or Master’s degree in Finance, Tax, Quantitative Statistics, Financial Engineering, Economics, Real Estate Finance or Hospitality A State Certified Appraiser License, Member of Appraisal Institute (MAI), Member of American Society of Appraisers (ASA) or achieve certification of CRE, CRI and/or CCIM, CHA, or PMP.
Preferred Qualifications :
Preferred Fields of Study :A Juris Doctorate, PhD, MBA or a Master degree in Finance, Tax, Quantitative Statistics, Financial Engineering, Economics may also be considered.
Preferred Knowledge/Skills :
Demonstrates intimate abilities and/or a proven record of success in financial issues, capital markets and product life cycle, knowledge which will be enhanced by working on various client engagements and assignments related to complex financial issuing, investing in or trading financial instruments.
Demonstrates intimate abilities and/or a proven record of success in managing a team to deliver timely and quality work products.
Demonstrates intimate abilities and/or a proven record of success in financial products and issues that both issuers and investors face as markets evolve over time, including the following areas:
Demonstrates intimate abilities and/or a proven record of success in financial instruments, such as derivatives and fixed income products, which are utilized within real estate finance, consumer finance, or corporate finance.
Demonstrates intimate abilities and/or a proven record of success in problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks, including the following areas:
