The job. What you will be doing as a Warehouse Team Member, Cold Storage:

* Day Shift (M-F 7am to 5pm) with possible OT: $20/hr

Core Responsibilities:

Forklift Operators are a key component in our customers' experience to ensure their products are safely and accurately received, picked, and relocated so the product can be shipped out properly following our company standard operating procedures (SOPs). All operators at our Newfield, NJ warehouse use a forklift or other powered industrial truck.

Day in a Life for a Forklift Operator:

• Responsible for counting freight received and shipped.
• Verify counts compared to drivers BOL’s by item.
• Identify and reconcile count variances by making notes on driver bills and obtaining signature.
• Prepare over, short, and damage reports as required.
• Attain predetermined performance metrics as outlined by the Warehouse Manager
• Select and stage outbound products in preparation for shipment.
• Enjoy the cold? Our work environment is 0 to 36 degrees
