Job Title : FPGA Design and Verification Engineer

Job Type : FTE

Experience : 716 Years

Location : Phoenix Arizona or Sandiego California

Responsibilities:

• 8 years of FPGA Design or Verification Experience
• Degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering
• Strong experience in VHDL Xilinx FPGA/SOC development ASICs
• Some software coding skills preferably using C
• MATLAB/Simulink design and simulation skills
• Some LabVIEW experience
• Scripting language skills e.g. Perl Shell TCL
• Knowledge of simulators STA tools synthesis and routing tools AMBA I2C SPI
• Design experience with communication protocols such as 100Gigabit Ethernet PCIe (Gen3) Fibre Channel.
• Exposure to multilane Aurora link and AXI protocol
• Experience working on AMD Xilinx FPGAs preferably Virtex Ultrascale SOM
• Experience in interfacing FPGA based ARM processor
• Experience with the full FPGA development flow from logic design place & route timing analysis & closure
• Able to work with verification and lab validation team to verify and test the implementation
• Knowledge of any scripting language such as Tcl/Perl/Python

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
