Freight Broker Position With Generous base pay + Commissions!

30+ years recruitment company, is partnered with a well-established and reputable company in the exciting world of Logistics/Transportation.

Our client company is experiencing tremendous growth and is looking to add a Freight Broker to their dynamic team. As a Freight Broker, you will play a pivotal role in our supply chain operations, connecting customers with our high-quality services and ensuring efficient and cost-effective shipment management.

Qualifications:

- 8 to 10 yrs in the transportation industry preferred

- An established book of business within the logistics industry

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales and/or customer service within the supply chain and logistics sector

- Strong verbal and written communication abilities

- Demonstrated sense of urgency, self-confidence, and commitment to exceptional customer service

- Enthusiasm for the logistics and supply chain domain

- Capability to work both independently and as a collaborative team player
