Front Desk Receptionist / Life Enrichment Assistant - Beautiful Senior Living Community We are seeking a happy, outgoing, and energetic person to join our team full-time at a senior living community at The Gallery in Spokane WA. This position is full-time including two days per week as a Front Desk Receptionist and three days per week as a Life Enrichment Assistant. Hours may include days or evenings, weekdays or weekends. Job Description The Front Desk Receptionist oversees all receptionist and secretarial duties at our community with outstanding customer service and support. As the face of the company, the successful candidate will be approachable and friendly, with outstanding people skills. Life Enrichment Assistants are responsible for facilitating the planned activities in a retirement community for both assisted living and memory care units. This involves everything from leading exercise classes and sing-alongs, to brain power activities, sports and art classes, and reading. Must be flexible, dependable, work well under pressure and be a self-starter. Responsibilities

• Greet residents and visitors with a positive and helpful attitude
• Answer phones in a professional manner
• Provide excellent customer service
• Assist in planning, developing, organizing, implementing, and evaluating the activity programs of this community
• Observe resident attendance, mood, behavior, and degree of involvement so that facility activities and resident progress are evaluated
• Involve the resident/family in planning activity programs when possible

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a receptionist or related field highly preferred
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Strong knowledge of MS Office programs
• Must be flexible, dependable, work well under pressure and be a self-starter
• Food Handlers Permit required
• Able to move at least 50 pounds, including tables and chairs on a regular basis
