About the role .

Responsible for insuring the quality specifications for fried products are met by operating and maintaining the frying system, and associated line equipment, including blanchers and associated lab tests.

What you’ll be doing.

1. Sets up, operates and adjusts blanching, drying and frying equipment as necessary.
2. Monitor and adjust speeds and temperatures of blancher, dryer and fryers.
3. Regulates oil flows and oil levels on the fryer..
4. Maintain water level and cleanliness of the blanchers and sugar flume.
5. Control sugar, SAPP and salt addition into the SAPP module system.
6. Clean and sanitizes area per sanitation requirements, daily and standard clean-ups.
7. Accurately enters all Fryer and Blancher area information into computer tracking system (Infinity/SPC) and completes all records and reports.
8. Performs preventative maintenance and minor maintenance on machinery.

What you’ll need to be successful.

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Compensation Package :  - Starting at 24.31 USD hourly + Bonus eligibility + Hourly Pay Differential for applicable shifts

The above reflects the target compensation range for the position at the time of posting. Hiring compensation will be determined based on experience, skill set, education and training, and other organizational needs.
