Full-Time Nanny (live-out or live-in)

Compensation & Benefits :

• $25-$35/hour (based on experience)
• 2 weeks paid vacation
• 2 sick days
• Paid federal holidays off
• Work vehicle provided

Schedule :

• Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm (some flexibility required)
• Guaranteed 40 hours per week

An active and professional family is seeking an experienced, reliable, and proactive Nanny to become a trusted partner in their parenting team. This role primarily focuses on providing attentive care for their 1-year-old during the day while also supporting their three older children, ages 3, 5, and 7, as needed (three oldest children are in school all day and full-day summer camp). The ideal candidate is nurturing, values consistency and is confident working in a dynamic household with multiple children.

Responsibilities :

• Providing attentive and nurturing care for a 1-year-old child, including diaper changes, feeding, dressing, and engaging in age-appropriate activities.
• Managing the children's daily schedules, including alternating school drop-off and pick-up, and transportation to activities with mom (car provided)
• Creating a stimulating and safe environment for the children to learn and grow.
• Light tidying of the house related to the children's areas.
• Preparing healthy snacks for the children.

Requirements :

• Experience caring for multiple children at once.
• Comfortable with dogs.
• Pediatric CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Valid driver’s license & clean driving record.
• Must be able to provide 3 to 5 professional, relevant, and verifiable references.
• Must be at least 18 years or older to apply.
• Must be authorized to work in the US.
• Proficiency in Spanish is a plus but not required!
