Chester, PA Funeral Home looking for an entrepreneurial, tech-savvy, fully licensed Funeral Director/Supervisor with at least two years of work experience.

Those licensed in more than one state preferred (e.g. both PA and DE or PA and MD). If you're not yet licensed in a second state, we'll help you do so.

Position Overview:

• Our new website features an online ordering system that automates purchasing.
• Data entered by the customer is passed automatically to an app to assign transport personnel for removals. What was once a complicated and expensive task requiring two visits to a traditional funeral home to manage (150 minutes) and a host of paper forms is now a straightforward online solution (< 15 minutes), that can be exploited by consumers directly, at a fraction of the cost. We specialize in direct cremations.
• Embalming is rarely required.
• Simply dispatch and manage mortuary transport personnel with the app; phone the family to perform the normal due diligence; file the appropriate paperwork with the state (EDRS);
• mail death certificates and return cremains.

We are part of a growing national network of funeral homes. 

Base salary:

• $50K, including $2K Signing Bonus (after 3 mos);
• Up to 10% Annual Performance Bonus
• and Options on Equity in our growing enterprise.
