Job Description Position Description: Our client is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support the establishment of our Global Capability Center (GCC) / Global Shared Services (GSS). This role will be instrumental in coordinating activities, ensuring governance, and driving project delivery during this key transformation initiative. General Duties and Responsibilities: - Lead and manage project activities related to the setup of a Global Capability Center / Shared Services function. - Develop and maintain project governance, documentation, and reporting materials. - Coordinate cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and external partners to ensure milestones are met. - Create and maintain project plans, timelines, and risk logs using standard PM tools (e.g., Microsoft Project). - Prepare presentations, reports, and updates for leadership teams. - weekly status meetings, where we are, what issues, what problems we need to solve (no decision making) - Support process alignment and change management efforts associated with the transition to shared services.
