Role Overview:

As a Customer Support Specialist , you’ll handle customer inquiries and resolve issues exclusively through email and live chat—no phone support required.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries via email with clear, timely communication (no phone calls needed)
Moderate user-generated content, ensuring adherence to company policies and standards
Detect and address potential scams or fraudulent activities to maintain a secure online environment
Log customer interactions and resolutions accurately for record-keeping
Work collaboratively with team members to improve processes and enhance customer experiences
Provide detailed, accurate information using the best tools and resources
Achieve personal and team performance goals
Collaborate with internal and client teams to deliver seamless support
Attend training sessions to ensure compliance with moderation guidelines
Support multiple workflows, clients, and markets as required

Requirements:

Fluent in German (C2 level)
Fluent in English (B2 level)
EU citizenship or Maltese Residency Card
0-1 year experience in customer support
Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
Eagerness to learn and grow
