Graphic Designer - Experiential Marketing Team
We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Graphic Designer to join our dynamic experiential marketing team. In this role, you'll work closely with our Events, PR, Marketing, and Creative teams to design visually captivating materials that perfectly align with our brand's vision. From product mailers and event invitations to social media assets and promotional content, you will play a key role in crafting impactful designs that support our ongoing marketing initiatives. This position requires creativity, strong attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the Director of Experiential Marketing and cross-functional teams (PR, Events, Marketing, and Creative) to design and produce visually engaging PR mailings, events, social media content, brand collateral, and educational materials.
Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines, maintaining visual consistency across all projects.
Work with print dielines and specifications while paying close attention to detail.
Coordinate with external vendors to ensure high-quality production of design materials.
Proactively resolve any project-related challenges in a timely manner.
Manage multiple creative projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met in a fast-paced setting.
Create additional design materials, including infographics, PowerPoint/Google Slides presentations, and other marketing collateral.
Maintain a strong understanding of brand guidelines to ensure designs consistently reflect the brand's identity.
Stay up-to-date with design trends, especially for digital and social media platforms, to keep designs fresh and relevant.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Design, Digital Design, or a related field.
4+ years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio that showcases creative concepts and well-executed designs.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Acrobat) for both print and digital design. Expertise in Photoshop and Illustrator is a must.
Experience designing social media content for platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and Canva.
Knowledge of print production file setup for both traditional and non-traditional media (collateral).
Strong understanding of typography, composition, color theory, and design fundamentals.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and social/content apps.
Familiarity with 3D rendering tools (Vectorworks, Blender, KeyShot) is a plus.
Experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana) is a plus.
Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
Strong attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and work independently.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to shifting priorities.
A passion for design and creativity, with a strong desire to contribute to a dynamic and innovative team.
