What you'll do:

What you'll need:

Customer service experience: A proven track record in customer service, preferably in hospitality or real estate.
Excellent communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to build rapport with guests.
Problem-solving skills: The ability to think critically and find solutions to guest problems.
Tech-savvy: Familiarity with live chat software and CRM tools.
