Job Summary:
We are seeking a Guest Services Agent to join our team. The Guest Services Agent will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all guests, assisting with check-in and check-out processes, answering guest inquiries, and resolving any issues or complaints in a timely and professional manner.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Proven experience in a customer service role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Knowledge of hotel operations and reservation systems is a plus

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and effectively
- Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
- Maintain a neat and organized front desk area
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction
- Follow all safety and security procedures to ensure the well-being of guests
