Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute strategies to position Klickl’s cryptocurrency exchange as a leading global trading platform. Oversee day-to-day exchange operations, including trading, liquidity management, and market-making activities. Ensure seamless integration of cryptocurrency trading features with Klickl’s broader ecosystem, including wallets and fiat on/off-ramp solutions. Collaborate with the listing team to onboard high-value Web3 token projects, expanding the variety of trading pairs. Build and maintain relationships with liquidity providers, institutional clients, and market makers to enhance trading volume and liquidity. Implement best-in-class trading tools, analytics, and APIs to improve user experience for both retail and institutional clients. Ensure regulatory compliance across all jurisdictions in which the exchange operates, coordinating with legal and compliance teams. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to inform strategic decisions. Leverage insights into Web3 protocols, blockchain innovations, and tokenomics to guide the platform’s development and positioning. Develop and manage KPIs to measure performance and drive continuous improvement in trading operations and user engagement. Lead cross-functional teams to deliver innovative features, enhance platform security, and improve operational efficiency.
