As a Recruiter, you will impact our candidates and customers by finding the right people for the right jobs.

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Identifying qualified candidates through various recruiting and sourcing tools
• Going through database finding qualified candidates
• Creating hotlists, pipelines and emails
• Screening and interviewing qualified candidates
• Partnering with your President to identify top candidates, target skill sets, and key market segments
• Building and maintaining relationships with industry contacts to gain knowledge and generate referrals and sales leads
• Performing various customer service related activities
• Running background checks
• Checking references
• Researching
• Using social media and other outlets to grow your business
• Cold calling
• Calling warm leads
• Responding to ads
• Checking email in a timely fashion
• AI
• Assisting the president

You must be a go getter, self motivated and great at multitasking. One must understand what sense of urgency means. One must be ok with being in front of a computer all day and making a lot of calls. One must be comfortable with interviewing someone and asking them questions.

Requirements:

Must be happy to make cold calls

Bachelors degree

3.0 GPA

Have a quiet, private place to work from home

Have your own computer

Have reliable internet and phone.

Must be comfortable with making mostly commission. Do not apply if you are not ok with this.

Salary plus commission.
