High-Reach Stand-Up Forklift Specialist

A Day In Your Role

• Navigate a stand-up forklift to move, position, and stack inventory throughout the facility.
• Load and unload trailers and containers with care and speed.
• Perform pre-shift equipment checks, document inspections, and escalate maintenance needs.
• Follow safety protocols and company procedures without compromise.
• Support inventory control activities and keep stock organized.
• Work closely with teammates to hit daily throughput goals.
• Keep aisles and workstations clean and orderly.

What You Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Current forklift operator certification/license.
• Hands-on experience with stand-up forklifts (reach experience a plus).
• Strong safety mindset and attention to detail.
• Ability to lift heavy items and handle physically demanding tasks.
• Clear communicator and reliable team player.
• Flexibility to work various shifts as business needs evolve.
