Position Overview:
As a Compliance Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting our clients' compliance needs, particularly in the areas of HMDA, CRA, and Fair Lending. This position requires a deep understanding of regulatory requirements, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to address their HMDA, CRA, and Fair Lending compliance requirements.
- Prepare comprehensive monitoring reports and communicate findings to key stakeholders.
- Work closely with our team, including auditors, on various projects.
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of HMDA, CRA, and Fair Lending regulations.
- Recommend HMDA/CRA data collection software applications to clients.
- Foster strong, interactive relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met effectively.
Required Skills:
- Conduct thorough sampling and testing processes to ensure HMDA data accuracy.
- Present analysis results through charts, graphs, and color coding.
- Facilitate corrective actions with clients' business units when necessary.
- Possess a strong understanding of federal regulations pertaining to residential mortgage originations and servicing.
- Experience in conducting internal audits, compliance reviews, and implementing internal controls.
- Familiarity with industry best practices and professional standards.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Professional certifications and relevant education are a plus.

- Position Type: Independent Contractor - Remote, Part-Time, No Benefits

- Compensation: $75,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
