Duties:

• Handle incoming calls to process donations for nonprofit organizations
• Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing donor questions and concerns
• Accurately record donor information and transactions
• Strive to meet performance goals to qualify for advancement opportunities

• Reside in the United States
• Strong communication skills
  
• 6 months 1 year remote call center or brick and mortar experience
• Reliable internet connection and quiet home office setup
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
