Molly Maid of Norwood, Foxboro & Greater Norfolk County is seeking a House Cleaner to join our team. The House Cleaner will clean, sanitize, and maintain private residences and perform light commercial services for professional buildings.

The ideal person for this position has experience, enjoys working as a team, pays attention to detail, takes pride in their work, is reliable, consistent, hard-working and enjoys customer interface as a team player, is well-spoken, energetic, and personable.  

We are still hiring during the pandemic. We will provide you with all PPE (Masks, Gloves, Shoe Covers, Hand Sanitizer).

Responsibilities: 

• Clean
  • Perform general cleaning and sanitizing tasks throughout the assigned property.
  • Clean and disinfect:
    • Bathrooms, kitchen, dining areas, shutters, baseboards and floors.
  • Wipe and dust surfaces in rooms.
  • Clean mirrors, showers, tubs, enclosures and glass doors.
  • Vacuum and clean floors, rugs, furniture, and drapes.
  • Remove and replace linens, bedspreads, and blankets.  
• Stock
  • Maintain cleaning supplies.
  • Maintain equipment and safe operation of equipment and cleaning supplies.
  • Daily cleaning of used cleaning materials and inventory management.
• Other
  • Pride in doing a job well done.
  • Professional, pleasant interactions with customers and co-workers.
  • Attention to detail, communicates effectively with front office, can follow directions, and be an ambassador for the company in the field.

Requirements : 

• At least 18 years or older
• Legal to work in US
• Must be able to pass a felony background check
• Non-Smoking Company (No Exceptions)
• Detail-oriented, confidential, and professional
• Ability to read, write and speak English
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 25 pounds at times
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time and reach, bend, lift and pull
