This position is ideal for someone passionate about people and culture who thrives in a fast-paced, innovative environment. The HR Generalist will play a critical role in driving HR initiatives, ensuring compliance and supporting the organization's mission to attract and retain top talent.

HR Generalist Responsibilities:

• Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and managers on HR policies and procedures
• Administer employee benefits programs, payroll processing and compliance audits
• Manage employee relations, including resolving workplace issues and conducting investigations
• Support talent acquisition efforts by coordinating interviews, onboarding and training programs
• Partner with leadership to implement initiatives that drive employee engagement and organizational growth
• Assist with performance management, including coaching and development plans
• Maintain and update HR records, ensuring compliance with state and federal laws
• Contribute to special projects, including the rollout of new HR technologies and company policies

HR Generalist Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
• 3+ years of HR experience, ideally in the technology industry
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and best practices
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in HRIS systems (experience with Paylocity or similar software is a plus)
• Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• A passion for fostering a positive workplace culture
