HR Onboarding Specialist Location: Addison, TX | Onsite

Role Impact
As an HR Onboarding Specialist, you'll ensure a smooth transition for new hires by managing onboarding processes from offer acceptance through their first day. You'll work cross-functionally with HR Business Partners, payroll, and compliance teams to confirm complete, accurate documentation and timely system access. Your work will directly contribute to workforce readiness and compliance alignment.
Key Responsibilities
• Own onboarding workflow, including document tracking and process milestones from offer to Day 1
• Input and maintain employee records in ADP and related HRIS platforms
• Coordinate background screenings, pre-employment documentation, and access provisioning
• Serve as point-of-contact for new hire queries, providing clear guidance and support
• Liaise with HRBPs and payroll to ensure seamless onboarding
Minimum Qualifications
• 2+ years’ experience in Human Resources, talent acquisition, or onboarding
• Proficient in Excel (e.g., formulas, data entry, filters)
• Excellent organizational and verbal/written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and confidentiality awareness

• Background check platforms (e.g., First Advantage, Sterling)
Preferred Skills
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
• Prior experience supporting onboarding in a healthcare environment
• Knowledge of credentialing, vaccination, or occupational health requirements
Pre-Employment Requirements
• May require MMR, titers, TB test, flu, and COVID vaccinations prior to start date
