Position Overview:

Are you a go-getter with a passion for people and a knack for making things happen? PDQ is seeking a spirited Summer Intern to join our People Department team. This internship is your gateway to diving into the dynamic world of video editing, creating training videos for the PDQ People Department, while sharpening your skills as a media professional.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with our Training Initiatives to edit training and HR videos.
  • Dive into the heart of PDQ by collaborating with multiple departments to support various Training and Human Resource initiatives and projects.
  • Put your creativity to work by assisting in creating and editing video content for both E-Learning Courses and Employee Resource Group (ERG) activities.
  • Roll up your sleeves and work closely with the PDQ People Team to tackle a variety of HR and training related tasks and events.
  • Bring fresh ideas to the table as you contribute to innovative solutions aimed at enhancing Team Member engagement and organizational effectiveness.
  • Keep the PDQ machine running smoothly by handling day-to-day administrative tasks with gusto.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in video editing software: Adobe Premier Pro, Premier Rush, After Effects, etc.
  • Enthusiasm for our saucy vibe and dedication to quality that sets PDQ apart.
  • Genuine interest in Training and HR practices and a knack for bringing out the best in people.
  • A sprinkle of attention to detail and excellent organizational skills to keep everything running like a well-oiled machine.
