Job Description

We are seeking an experienced HVAC Service Manager with over 10 years of experience in both commercial and residential HVAC services. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing service operations, leading a team, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role involves overseeing the daily operations of our service department, managing service technicians, and ensuring compliance with all safety and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

* Oversee and manage the daily operations of the HVAC service department.
* Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of HVAC service technicians.
* Ensure high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction.
* Develop and implement service strategies to improve efficiency and profitability.
* Schedule and dispatch service technicians to various job sites.
* Maintain and monitor service records and documentation.
* Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory standards.
* Address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer service.
* Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and best practices.

Qualifications

* Minimum of 10 years of experience in HVAC services, with a focus on both commercial and residential projects.
* Proven experience in a management or supervisory role within the HVAC industry.
* Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, installation, maintenance, and repair techniques.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
