Position Overview:

Are you an experienced professional in the commercial HVAC industry ready to elevate your career? Do you possess the skills and passion to mentor and train the next generation of HVAC specialists? We are expanding our service team and seeking individuals who share our values and dedication to problem-solving.

Location:

The service team operates in commercial, industrial, and government facilities across San Diego and the High Desert (Riverside, Temecula, 29 Palms, Palm Springs).

Key Responsibilities:

Troubleshooting: Utilize your expertise to diagnose and resolve issues with HVAC systems.

Maintenance: Conduct thorough maintenance checks and document recommendations for extending equipment life.

Equipment Start-Ups: Possess experience in initiating HVAC equipment.

Technical Knowledge: Demonstrate familiarity with split systems, package units, air handlers, VAVs, VFDs, Pumps, Cooling Towers, Boilers, and Refrigeration.

Route Organization & Dispatch: Organize routes and dispatch service technicians to various locations.

Business Development: Collaborate closely with estimators to quote and identify new work opportunities.

Training: Manage and assist in the training of new and existing staff.

Client Relations: Maintain professional, clear communication (both written and verbal) with clients and teammates.

Fleet Management: Must have clearance to drive a fleet vehicle.

Preferred Qualifications:

Relationships: Ideal candidates can bring existing industry relationships to the table, although this is not a requirement.
