HVAC Service Technician / Installer (Commercial)

Schwenksville, PA

Hourly Rate: $35.00 - $45.00 (Based on experience)

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for meeting with clients and performing project walkthroughs for  thorough understanding of scope.
• Responsible for servicing and installing rooftop units, mini splits, perform  routine maintenance.
  
• Install new equipment in commercial settings.
  
• Responsible for working with vendors and putting together pricing for  estimates and creating proposals with assistance from office support.
• Able to work independently and within a team environment coordinating with  other trade managers and sales development.
• Manage service calls, including scheduling appointments, scheduling work to  be performed and resolving customer concerns in a timely manner.
  
• Ensure timely and quality repairs, maintenance and installation of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
• Respond to customer inquiries and complaints promptly.
  
• Ensure excellent customer service throughout the service process.
  
• Address customer concerns and resolve issues efficiently.
• Maintain customer satisfaction while adhering to industry standards and regulations.
  

Requirements

• Must possess relevant HVAC certifications including the EPA 608
  Universal Certification.
  
• PA, NJ and DE licensing is a plus.
• Proven experience as an HVAC Service and Installation professional with comprehensive knowledge of HVAC systems and troubleshooting techniques.
  
• Able to work after hours occasionally and weekends when emergencies arise.
  
• Excellent communication skills to interact with clients professionally.
  
• Strong time management abilities to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
