HVAC/R Lead Installer

Client: Our Client is a well-established, family-owned commercial HVAC and refrigeration business who has been operating in the Kansas City, MO community for over 15 years.

The Position : Our Client is looking for a qualified Lead Installer to join their team on a full-time basis. Our client is looking for an installer experienced with installing commercial HVAC and commercial refrigeration systems. Our client is offering the following compensation and benefits:

Job Duties/Responsibilities:

• Installation of Commercial and Residential HVAC, Duct, Refrigeration Equipment and Kitchen Equipment
• Walk-In Coolers, Freezers, Ice Machines, Rooftop Units & Split Systems

  Requirements :

• Experience With New Build Construction Installations
• Lead and manage HVAC/R installation projects from start to finish, ensuring timely and quality completion.
• Supervise and mentor a team of installers, providing training and guidance as needed.
• Assess job sites to determine necessary tools, materials, and equipment required for installation.
• Install, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC/R systems, including commercial heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration units.
• Collaborate with project managers and other trades to coordinate installation schedules and workflows.
• Valid Missouri Driver’s License – Must be Able to Pass an MVR Screen to Verify Commercial Driving Insurability
• Strong Knowledge of HVAC/R Systems, Tools and Installation Techniques
