Immediate Hire Available: Image Reviewer/Data Entry Specialist

?Position Summary:

We are seeking a motivated Image Reviewer/Data Entry Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will accurately identify license plate numbers, state codes, plate types, and follow specific business rules using training guides and provided materials. You will be trained to identify license plates from all 50 states, and once fully trained, you will process an average of 600 or more image sets per hour while maintaining a high standard of accuracy. If an image is unreadable, it must be correctly rejected according to the project's business rules, which can vary between assignments.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Correctly identify license plates, including state prefixes, suffixes, and plate types.
• Accurately identify license plates from all 50 states.
• Reject unreadable license plates using the correct disposition reasons.
• Achieve an average of 500-600 images processed per hour after the training period.
• Monitor image quality and application performance to detect any potential issues.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Typing speed of 35+ words per minute.
• Basic proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Commitment to work schedule.
• Ability to sit for extended periods.

Additional Requirements:

• No absences during the first 30 days of employment.
• Must pass a drug screening.
• Clear criminal background check.
• This is an on-site position (remote work is not available).
• Once a shift schedule is accepted, it cannot be changed.
• Willingness to work overtime hours for the full-time shifts.
• Willingness to work weekends for the full-time shifts.

Shift Schedules and Compensation:

Full-Time:

• Day Shift (Mon-Fri): 5:15 AM - 3:45 PM | $13/hr.
• Night Shift (Mon-Fri): 4:00 PM - 2:30 AM | $14/hr.

Part-Time:

• Weekend Day (Sat & Sun): 6:00 AM - 4:00 PM | $14/hr.
• Weekend Night (Sat & Sun): 4:00 PM - 9:00 PM | $14/hr.
