THE GREAT PAY
You'll be compensated fairly for your hard work and dedication, with a competitive pay rate of $19 - $26 per hour .

Our hands-on approach and commitment to evidence-based therapy aim to prepare children to function effectively in all areas of their lives. WHAT DOES YOUR DAY ENTAIL?
As an In-Home Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you can expect each day to be filled with new challenges and rewarding experiences as you work one-on-one with children, helping them reach their full potential. You'll have immense support from your behavior analyst, and working together, you'll make a difference in the lives of your clients.
In this full- or part-time role, you will have the opportunity to work flexible hours based on the needs of our clients, allowing you to create a schedule that works best for you.
